The Process

  • 1. Exploration Call

    It's important that we not only make a plan but the best one.  Before your first session, we will get together over video or phone call to discuss your goals and pain points. Every individual is unique and Vital Athletics makes the commitment to let the client know we understand.

  • 2. Onboarding

    Before you start learning, an invitation to our online system is sent to your email. With this invitation, you'll be able to sign into our online app where you can get started with joining the team! 

  • 3. Three Weekly Sessions

    For 2 weeks, we help you build an understanding of correct posture and movement. With every 30 minute session, your education and comfort in proper posture compounds. 

  • 4. Daily check ins

    Exercise and stretches aren't the only thing that's needed to master posture. It also takes a cosistent plan! Check in on off days to make sure you're still building habits for success.

  • 5. Finish on schedule

    Your final session with us wraps together everything you learned and condenses it into essential and vital compound movements.

The Process

  • 1. Exploration Call

    It's important that we not only make a plan but the best one. During our first contact, we will get together over video or phone call to discuss your goals and your pain points. Every individual is unique and Vital Athletics makes the commitment to let the client know we know.

  • 2. Onboarding

    Before we talk shop, Vital Athletics works to get all our ducks in a row! An invitation to our online system is sent to your email.


    With the email, you'll be able to sign into our online app where you can get started with joining the team! 

  • 3. Integration

    Have the option to update our system with your MyfitnessPal or Apple Heath to integrate in real time your health trackers. This way Ten is always in the loop and can readily create or adjust existing strategies to best suit your needs.

  • 4. Two Weekly Sessions

    See Ten twice a week to go through new or familiar exercises that move you forward. Every movement decision is backed by a decade of coaching experience and a lifelong commitment to excellence.

  • 5. Weekly Plan

    After each weekly session, Vital Athletics comes up with a plan that both the client and the Ten can agree on. This way a unique program that is suitable for the client is provided that's convenient, and efficient.
