An Analysis

At Vital Athletics, we begin by reviewing your posture using photos and a live session. This helps us clearly map out the steps you need to take to reach your ideal posture—starting from exactly where you are.

Active Coaching

Learn posture cues and movement techniques in real time. With every session, Vital Athletics guides you through foundational movement patterns essential for healthy, functional movement.

An Education

At Vital Athletics, we don’t just walk you through exercises—we teach you why your body moves the way it does. Instead of guessing your progress, you'll understand it, giving you lasting confidence in your results.

New Habits

Building a lasting postural habit is just as important as having a plan. After mobility drills and exercises, we help you reinforce better posture through consistent, mindful repetition, until it becomes natural.

The Process

  • 1. First Step

    Before your first session, we’ll connect over a video meeting, phone call, or email to understand your goals, pain points, and unique needs. This helps us create a plan that works for you. At Vital Athletics, we take the time to truly understand every client before we begin.

  • 2. Onboarding

    Before you start learning, an invitation to our online system is sent to your email. With this invitation, you'll be able to sign into our online app where you can get started with joining the team! 

  • 3. Three Core Sessions

    Across three core sessions, we’ll guide you through posture fundamentals and functional movement. Each 50-minute session is designed to deepen your understanding and help you feel more confident and comfortable in your body.

  • 4. Final Review

    Your final session ties everything together with safe, effective movements that build on everything you’ve learned. If you’ve made it here—congrats! You’ve built lasting posture habits, gained real body awareness, and taken the big step toward long-term comfort and confidence.
