My Coaching Story: Fitness, Finance, and Finding My Way Back


Growing up, the gym became my second home, not just for training myself but for helping others feel stronger, move better, and live healthier. While earning my Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Science, I coached over a hundred clients at 24 Hour Fitness and Gold’s Gym, specializing in posture, movement, and performance.


Even early on, I was drawn to helping people regain confidence in their backs, improve posture, and build strength using functional, science-based methods rather than generic routines.


After college, I spent several years working in finance, where I saw firsthand the toll that modern work life takes on posture, health, and overall well-being. That experience shifted my focus. I realized just how many working adults were silently struggling with back pain, tightness, poor movement patterns, and the frustration of not knowing how to fix it.


That’s why I created Vital Athletics to help busy professionals overcome chronic posture issues and movement dysfunction caused by long hours, high stress, and sedentary habits.


Today, I specialize in online posture and movement coaching rooted in real biomechanics and corrective exercise. I help my clients:
