My story


Throughout most of my 20s, whether I was training myself or coaching others, the gym was my second home. I worked with hundreds of clients at well known gyms like 24 Hour Fitness and Gold’s Gym while earning my degree inExercise Science.


While at these gyms, I focused on 2 different clientele which included those who wished toreshape their body and live their best life and those who looked to regain confidence in their lower back through functional movement techniques. I did this by moving them through an exercise selection that was efficient, optimal, and most importantly at a pace they were comfortable with. After graduating, I took a detour into the corporate world where at Charles Schwab I saw first hand for years how modern work life affects our health.


That experience reshaped my mission: to help working adults reclaim their strength, confidence, and energy through smart, sustainable fitness.
