Refund Policy

At The Vital Athletics, we are committed to delivering high-quality coaching services and a positive client experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund under the terms outlined below.



1. Eligibility for Refund


  • Clients are eligible for a 100% refund of program fees if a request is submitted within fifteen (15) calendar days after the end of the program.
  • Refunds are offered on a “no questions asked” basis. However, we may request optional feedback to help improve our services.

2. Exclusions



  • Refunds do not apply to:
  • One-time consultations or assessments
  • If you have previously received a refund for any service, you may not be eligible for future refund guarantees.

3. How to Request a Refund


To initiate a refund request:

  • Send an email to ten.tran@thevitalathletics.com with the subject line: "Refund Request"
  • Include your full name, email address used during registration, and date of purchase

Requests must be received within the 15-day refund window to be processed.


4. Refund Method


  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank or payment processor.

5. Policy Modifications


The Vital Athletics reserves the right to update or modify this refund policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will apply to future purchases only and will not affect refund eligibility for past transactions.
