    The first session is all about getting to know you, hearing your story, understanding your current situation, and learning about any challenges you're facing. We'll assess your strengths so we can build on them, and identify any limitations so we can work around them safely. From there, we'll create a personalized plan that fits your goals and lifestyle

  • 2. An Easy Onboarding

    Our onboarding process is designed to be seamless and stress-free. You'll receive a simple email invitation to our online platform, and with one click, you're signed in and ready to go. This eliminates any technical headaches and gets you connected to your training plan immediately.

  • 3. Integration

    Have the option to update our system with your MyfitnessPal or Apple Heath to integrate in real time your health trackers. This way Ten is always in the loop and can readily create or adjust existing strategies to best suit your needs.

  • 4. Four Monthly Sessions

    Get direct access to Ten's expertise with weekly one-on-one sessions where every exercise is personally selected to accelerate your progress. You're receiving a decade of professional coaching experience and proven methods all focused entirely on moving you forward safely and effectively.
