Ten Tran

Ten holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science, where he studied human movement, biomechanics, and corrective exercise at the university level, not from a weekend course. With over 10 years of experience as a Certified Personal Trainer, he brings science-based coaching and firsthand insight into the posture and health challenges working professionals face. His mission is to help you protect and improve your most valuable asset: your health.
